2. Non-Refundable Items

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Installation charges (one-time setup fee)
  • Router and equipment charges (if purchased separately)
  • Usage-based charges for services already consumed
  • Late payment fees or penalty charges

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our customer support team via phone or email
  2. Provide your account details and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method
  5. Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New customers are eligible for a full refund (excluding installation charges) if they cancel their service within 30 days of activation and are not satisfied with the service quality.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be provided for:

  • Unused portion of prepaid plans
  • Service interruptions lasting more than 48 hours
  • Downgrades or plan changes mid-cycle

6. Cancellation Policy

Service cancellations:

  • Must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle
  • Require return of all company-provided equipment
  • May be subject to early termination fees for contract plans
  • Final bill will be prorated based on usage
